Turmeric

Take a cup of hot milk, and mix half a teaspoon of ground turmeric in it. You can also add a spoon of honey to sweeten the mix. Make this turmeric tea and consume it twice a day before your meals.

Cucumber Juice

Take about 150 Gram of Cucumber and blend it to get the juice. Mix the cucumber juice with a cup of water. Now add a pinch of turmeric powder and 2-3 drops of fresh lemon juice. Drink the mix twice every day.
