Americans are constantly suggested to consume soy and drink soy milk by mainstream nutritional guidelines, despite the mounting evidence that it is absolutely not beneficial for their health. Furthermore, newest research, funded by the American Diabetes Association, has found a relation between the consumption of food-grade carrageenan and insulin resistance and glucose intolerance in mice.
