vendredi 4 décembre 2015
Do we even need to talk about how hard it is sometimes to make yourself exercise?  It seems that we know we need to do it because it’s beneficial to our health, but the feeling we get after a workout session is incomparable! However, in order to workout we need time and a place. As this can be hard to find, we always end up postponing the workout.
The advantage to these five moves is that by memorizing them you’ll have a metabolism-boosting routine you can do anywhere. All you need is a sturdy waist-high surface, like a kitchen counter, a desk, or the back of a park bench. You can even do these in your street clothes! Repeat it three or four times throughout the day and by bedtime you’ll have burned more calories than you would have with one 30-minute trip to the gym!
