5 ANTI-CELLULITE BODY WRAPS TO DO AT HOME

What can you do when you do not have the money to go to a spa and try an anti –cellulite body wrap? You do one at home. You can improvise by using anti-cellulite ingredients, resulting in an effective and less expensive treatment.
Before beginning with the actual body wrap you need to exfoliate your skin very well. You can make a simple homemade exfoliant based on sea salt, olive oil and lemon juice. Other options are exfoliants based on ground coffee and olive oil or brown sugar and honey.


Now that your skin is fully exfoliated you are ready to try an anti-cellulite body wrap. Here are 5 such proposals.
  1. Body wrap with coffee and olive oil – You need to heat some olive oil and mix it with ground coffee. Apply on the areas affected by cellulite and then wrap them using foil. Leave it to act for 15-30 minutes and then take a shower.
  2. Body wrap with anti-cellulite cream – massage the affected areas with the cream, cover them with foil. Leave the foil on for 1 hour. You should take a shower only after 5-6 hours after you applied this treatment in order to allow the cream to do its magic.
  3. Body wrap with cocoa and olive oil – this one works just like the one with coffee and olive oil. You need to heat the oil and mix it with the cocoa. Apply the mixture on your body, cover it with foil and leave the foil on for 30 minutes. Then take a shower.
  4. Body wrap with cocoa butter or Shea butter – massage your skin with one of these two butters. Again you need to cover your body with foil and leave it to act as long as possible. If you can stay 1 hour like this it will be great. You should take a shower after 5-6 hours after you applied the treatment.
  5. Body wrap with seaweeds and olive oil – heat the oil and mix it with seaweeds powder and 2-3 drops of lemon essential oil. The steps are the same – apply the mixture, wrap with foil, leave it for around 30 minutes then take a shower.
